About 10 minutes later, her food came out which was just a bagel with cheese. The person who I was with was able to tell them the name on the order and they had lost it forgotten it. We check in and ask when our food will be done. After about 20 minutes of waiting we get up and our drinks are finally finished. I’m not acknowledged or thanked in anyway. First thing, I hold the door open for an employee running food to someone outside. The most recent time I went however, it really wasn’t busy, probably less than a dozen people there (half in which we’re already eating) and my experience was pretty awful. The first times I waited a decent amount of time for my food (maybe 20 minutes), but it was busy so I wasn’t too bothered by it. So I’ve been here a couple times, and the food/drinks aren’t bad. We seriously gave this place a couple shots the last few months, but are back to putting it aside. We ate what we could and brought home the left overs, next day sure enough.still no flavor yet everything else we ate did.
The potato wedges and mashed potatoes were all equally bland. I had to add salt which I've never done for prime rib. The only detectable flavor was black pepper. Also had more fat on it than I've ever seen anywhere else. The fried fish literally had no flavor, my Prime rib.which I love generally, had zero taste. We seriously thought something was wrong with us. The bread they serve is delicious, the Old fashions are good, but I've never had food without taste. I genuinely think that the fact most people drink before they're sat has something to do with all the positive reviews. Unfortunately, despite a decent atmosphere and good service, the food is simply not worth returning to. My wife and I decided it was worth sharing this review. So I called about that nothing was done I then ordered food about a week later take out for my mom and my kids because that's what they wanted they gave my mother shrimp on her salad when I asked for grilled chicken my mom is allergic to shellfish they then gave my daughter a bacon cheeseburger that was raw on the inside when I specifically said no pink nothing was done the kids menu chicken tenders for my little girl was harder than a hockey puck nothing was done I came in and they said they were going to give me a gift card I had the receipt in hand after I had called and they told me to bring the receipt for a cash refund nothing has been done I've been calling for a week and everybody seems too busy if I could give no stars I definitely would not a place to go would recommend McDonald's before coming here They replaced it with a gift card that was fine well the day I picked up the gift card I ordered takeout for my kids and my mother and they proceeded to pay with the gift cards that was for my clients without my permission. We definitely will not be going back and dining in there any time soon.Ordered take out for my clients and they messed up the order. I understand being short handed on staff, but we should have been told right away that we would have a long wait for our food. Maybe, if we would have ordered online we would have had a better experience. We even had to go up and ask for our check. By this time, the restaurant wasn't busy. The waitress never came back to check on us or to see if our food was ok. Plus, what was asked to be put on our burgers wasn't correct.
We didn't have a complicated order, but it is disappointing when you order a cheeseburger and the cheese isn't even melted. When our food finally showed up another 15-20 minutes later.the food was mediocre at best.
After waiting even longer, we were finally able to get our first refill. During that time our waitress came to our table one time mumbling something about it taking a long time for the order. It was over an hour and we still were waiting for our food. We totally support local businesses, but then we noticed that more orders were going out the door and many people have been waiting for some time that were dining in. Tonight, we ordered our food (2 cheeseburgers, a hamburger, chicken tenders and fries.) As we sat there we watched many orders being made and going out the door. It was busy, but we have been there before when it was like this and we didn't have to wait to terribly long to get our food.
